Emergency Contacts & Safety Measures

Emergency Card
Contains contact info for police, fire, a 24/7 multilingual support hotline, and university emergency contacts. Serves as proof of identity in emergencies. Please fill in your name and emergency contacts, and carry it with you in your wallet at all times.

Japan I-RAC Support Center
A 24/7, year-round emergency consultation service for international students. Offers support in Japanese, English, and Chinese for injuries, sudden illness, accidents, or other emergencies.
