The OUISA-organized Nature Walk Photo Contest was held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m. A total of eight international students and one local student participated in the event.
Participants enjoyed taking photographs while exploring the Japan Open-Air Folk House Museum and the Hydrangea Garden in Hattori Ryokuchi Park. The event also provided a valuable opportunity for participants to build new friendships and deepen intercultural exchange.

On June 22, 2026, from 12:15 p.m., B.S.P. Suita held the Nagashi Somen (flowing somen noodles) Event with a total of 21 participants, including 14 international students and 7 local students.
Participants enjoyed catching and eating somen noodles flowing down a bamboo flume, which provided an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Japanese culture.
The event also encouraged lively conversations among students and provided a valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their friendships and cultural exchange.

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 4:30 p.m., B.S.P. Suita held a Tunisia Cooking Event. A total of 20 participants attended, including 14 international students and 6 local students.
Participants prepared Assida, a traditional Tunisian dessert made from flour and water, as well as sweet Tunisian mint tea, and enjoyed interacting with one another while learning about Tunisian culture.
In addition, a Tunisian international student gave a quiz and introduced Tunisian culture, recommended foods, and popular tourist destinations.
Participants also had the opportunity to write their names in Arabic, deepening their understanding of Tunisian language and culture.

Target: international student, researcher, faculty and staff at the University of Osaka
