1．About The Journal of the Institute for International Initiatives
The Journal of the Institute for International Initiatives is a newly launched academic journal following organizational restructuring, succeeding the former Multicultural Society and International Student Exchange.
Volume 30 (published in March 2026) is the first issue following the integration of the Center for International Education and Exchange into the Institute for International Initiatives.
This journal publishes research on international education, international student exchange, multicultural coexistence, and international strategy, aiming to advance scholarship that supports the Institute’s principles and activities.

2．Institute for International Initiatives Research Workshop Series
During the 2025 academic year, the Institute for International Initiatives hosted seven sessions in its Research Workshop Series, bringing together experts from Japan and around the world to participate in ongoing discussions on international education and related topics.
